Bakers & Jam makers
Love making jam, chutney or sauces, or want to try? We would berry much like your help!
Go solo or get a group and jam together - every bit helps. We provide the jars and recipes to help you get started.
Do you have what it bakes? We need all sorts of baked goodies to fill our popular cake and sweet stall. These stalls sell out FAST, so dust off the family’s favourite cake, cupcake or slice recipes. Boxes and bags will be available closer to the day.
Mayfair is an exciting event that brings joy to our students, parents and community while generating funding that supports our children’s learning.
Crafters
We’re looking for handmade items to stock our SewHandmade stall.
It’s not just about sewing - handmade crafts, homewares and gifts are also the vibe.
Think slime, playdough, key rings, beaded trinkets, bunting, scrunchies, terrariums, mini potted succulents, hand-painted pots, candles… basically anything you and your kids like, the list is endless!
Get your kids, siblings, parents and neighbours involved - it would be sew fun!
Clothes, Jewels & Book donations
Get your declutter on!
We’re looking for gently used clothing, toys, books, and sporting goods in good, re-sellable condition.
Donations for large items will open in May, but if you have some great bangles, necklaces or other dress jewellery to donate, there is a basket already in the office.
Let’s make Mayfair sparkle!.
Growers
Backyard flowing with citrus, tomatoes or chillies? Donate your homegrown goodies!
Homemade products are always a crowd- pleaser. Or, if you spot bulk special prices on fruit, tomatoes or chillis, please contact our fabulous jam team Donna, Erica and Angela!
Calling all green thumbs! If you are keen to do some potting consider putting some aside for our plant section of Sew Handmade! All plants welcome!.
Volunteers
Team work makes the dream work! We are only able to put on this fabulous fair with the support of you, our amazing volunteers!

Whether you want to fry a sausage, serve at the bar, sell cakes, braid hair to rival Rapunzel or join our set up and pack down crew we have a job for you!
